3 Things You Can Do Today to Make Your Brand More Inclusive

01

Make your website more accessible.

Add the free Userway widget to your website to allow users to adjust contrast, text-size, etc. based on their unique preferences and needs.

TIP / If you’re adding it to your Squarespace site, this is how to do it.

02

Add captions to your videos.

Whether your video is from your phone or for Youtube, there are quite a few apps out there to help you add captions. My favorite right now is Rev. They are super fast and have a 24-hr turnaround. Most of my videos cost less than a few dollars to create captions.

03

Use more inclusive images.

Whether you're casting for your own photoshoot or sourcing images online, be sure to reflect the diversity (ethnicity, ability, age, etc.) found in the world and your audience. There are a lot of free and paid diversity-focused stock imagery sites out there, but I tend to find a good range on Unsplash (and it's free!)
